About the course

This course covers the work of keeping data coherent across systems: defining sources and ownership, designing schemas and data contracts, handling quality problems, planning migrations and establishing the routines that keep integrated data dependable.

It is delivered as self-paced modules with worked examples drawn from industrial and business systems, and it complements the Software Integration & Architecture course without overlapping it.

On completion, a Certificate of Completion is issued.

What you will be able to do
  • Define data sources, ownership and responsibility
  • Design schemas and data contracts that hold together
  • Assess and improve data quality where it matters
  • Plan a migration without losing or duplicating records
  • Set up the routines that keep shared data reliable
